Jessica Schorer

Every company needs a Texan, and luckily First Person has Jessica. She came to San Francisco by way of Cal State Monterey Bay where she earned her B.A. in Teledramatic Arts and Technology with a focus on editing. Due to the fact that CSUMB is on the grounds of the former Army Base of Fort Ord, Jessica was able to graduate from college on the same land where her father completed basic training.

After working her way up at a smaller company, Jessica moved into freelance work—but not for long. Projects at Rough House, Westernized Productions, and Elastic Creative led Jessica to a full-time position here at First Person. Her love for the management and organization of assets makes Jessica an invaluable part of the post-production and editorial process. The most rewarding part of any project for her is when she gets the chance to use her skill and structure to bring someone’s vision to life.

When she’s not keeping our projects in line, Jessica enjoys a good book—unless there’s a burn festival happening where you will find her spreading the love and some cold drinks.
