Aruba at Ten

Aruba Networks approached First Person to help them tell their story as they closed in on their 10 year anniversary. Working closely with Senior Director of Marketing, Dayle Hall, First Person set out to create an intimate portrait of some of the key technology contributors who were instrumental in the direction that Aruba took.

The challenge of this project was to create something that really struck an emotional chord with the employees - getting them excited about this historic moment, but also could be used to recruit fresh new talent.

The solution is a 6 minute documentary about some of the key moments in Aruba's history and how that formed the unique culture they have today. A balanced perspective that is deep enough to connect with long time employees, but with a broad enough story to reach new prospects. The video has been a resounding success and even managed to give a few stakeholders goosebumps.
